Our E-Mail List
In the event you send us an E-Mail expressing an interest in our products or ask to be added to our E-Mail list you will receive initially an E-Mail containing links to some of our most poplular listings. It may take a few days to receive this from the time you request it. In the future, you will receive short messages from us advising of catalog updates or special offers. We normally send out about 4-6 such notices per year. Some of the Special Offers are ONLY advertised by E-Mail and are not advertised on our web pages. Only those on our E-Mail list can take advantage of these offers.
We NEVER sell, loan, trade
or otherwise distribute your E-Mail address to anyone else. Your
E-Mail address is held in strict confidence. You can rest assured
that you will receive no E-Mail other than our own concerning Ocean Liner
Memorabilia.
Our customers should also know that all other personal information
we may have about you such as your name, address & telephone numbers
are also held in the strictest of confidence. They are never distributed
to anyone else.
All messages sent to you are sent
using genuine headers and return information. At any time you may
ask to have your name removed from our E-Mail list by sending a message
to us at

we have on file as well as a request to remove it.
As sometimes our E-Mail message lists are prepared up to two weeks in advance, it is possible that you may receive an additional message from us within a short time.

Family Communication
One problem we sometimes come across
involves when one family member requests our E-Mail catalog. When
the catalog is sent a different family member (or computer user) may see
the message and think it is "unsolicited" E-Mail. We have sometimes
received indignant responses from people objecting to us sending "unsolicited"
E-Mail.
For this reason, it is a good idea
to tell all other computer users that you are expecting E-Mail from New
Steamship Consultants to avoid this.
Please keep us advised of any changes to your E-Mail address so that
we can keep information current.

AOL allows users to set up parameters
for receiving E-Mail. Some accounts are set up to receive NO E-Mail
at all, while others may be set up to receive E-Mail from only certain
addresses. You would be amazed at how many catalog requests we receive
only to have them returned to us as not deliverable because the AOL user
either had the E-Mail program set up to refuse all E-Mail or returned because
our address was not on the users list of addresses.
